just spend a bit more money and get a B&M Ive read countless number of people who are happy with B&M minus the rattling.

i got the new version and it still rattles, i can deal with it tho. i say buy the thing, and give us all a review on how it works.

i sold my old KA motor and transmission to my friend's dad so he can put it in his old datsun roadster. Anyhow he bought one of those off ebay and just installed it to see how it would feel. I went over there and had a feel for it and it feels just like the B&M. I didnt drive it in a moving car but it still felt good.~Sam

haha, does that alleviate all dumbass moves or just the 2-5 shift. How about the 3-R shift? Yeah did it

...if it helps... I've read a couple of reviews saying this shifter works as well as the B&M and it doesn't rattle...

What's this common problem of shifting from 2nd to 5th he describes however? My brother does 3rd to 5th quite often, but no "evident" problems.
