I have Sprint springs, lost 3 1/2" of ride height, and have the fronts on 3, rears on 4 with subframe collars and everything else i've got. Can't wait to upgrade to coilovers...

My daily driving setup:2/front, 4/ rear w/ Suspension Technique springs: 3 front, 2.66 rear

With stiffer tires @ autocrosses: 3/front, 6/ rear. Sometimes depending on the temp and weather I don't need to bump up to 3/6. But this year I plan to run some Bridgestone summer tires, so I'll probably have to.

i like 3 and 6, maxed out is way to stiff for nyc pot holes.. and 2 and 4 is a little to0 comfortable...

3 and 6 makes it feel nice like a sports car..
