In West Covina, it shouldn't be too bad, the farther you get west of the 57 though, the rougher it's going to get. Honestly, ask around. Go to the RSR meet on Sunday and talk to some 240 guys who live in that area. I live out in BFE, so my technique won't apply to you.

hey polys13, that plaza's always busy at night. why? i'll be driving down fullerton and every single time I see nice (most times) cars pull into the plaza. all the signs are in characters so i don't really know what's going on over there at such late times. I know there's restaurants, but what else?
Holisticbeatz wrote:But if you're really serious about getting a smog test done, e-mail me. I know a few crooked guys out here in the San Gabriel Valley area that'll do it for you. If worse comes to worse, find someone to take the test for you if you really think you can't pass. I'm sure someone here would help ya out by donating their S14's exhaust fumes for an hour or two for a test. Good luck.

Yup, you'll never pass visual without knowing, the smog dude!justmerging wrote:It would probably be cheaper to just pay someone than actually pay for dyno tuning to get it to pass 1/2 the requirement.
