What do u think of this setup?

Let me start off by saying i'm clueless when it comes to car sound systems so i def need all help, feedback and critisizm i can get before buying it.

I have Kenwood DNX 5120 btw.

So me and a friend that has a glue on the subject (i hope lol) looked around on Crutchfield a bit and here's a rought draft of the setup. Tell me what u think.I'm not sure why the hell i need 5-way speakers WITH woofer in the rear deck if i'm getting 2/12'' subs. lolPrices listed are per Crutchfield, i'm sure i can find this stuff cheaper if i look around.

I just measured my truck and i quess i'll go with 2x10'' subs with same specs instead...... since 2x12'' don't fit quite well.

also, what do u think of completely removing rear deck speakers (and maybe changing speaker amp accordingly) with this set up?
