With any motor swap you need to verify the CAS timing (read: ignition timing), TPS voltage, MAF voltage at idle, and a number of other parameters. I don't care if the motor rolled off of the Nissan factory floor and into your car. I guarantee you can find something thats just a little off.
Once you calibrate that you can then start diagnosing the rest of the car.
What color are your injector tops out of curiosity.
