i bought a front clip when i did my swap.it has upgrades including a hks bov,hks 12psi actuator and a high flow hks filter..there could be more but i havent opened up the motor...when i received the clip there was no ecu in it..so i called up the seller and he sent me another one(#62)..i have the motor installed and running..it runs fast..BUT..my a/f gauge isnt getting a reading at all times..feels like it has more power at half throttle than it does at full...and my test pipe has droplets of gas in it(i pulled it out to put a cat in a few weeks later)..is my engine running real rich?..i was thinkin maybe the owner before me had an upgraded ecu..one of those boost up ecu's and now with the stock ecu it runs rich?..what do u guys think?

You may have a boost leak in your intercooler piping or your MAFS is going junk or its wired wrong.

With any motor swap you need to verify the CAS timing (read: ignition timing), TPS voltage, MAF voltage at idle, and a number of other parameters. I don't care if the motor rolled off of the Nissan factory floor and into your car. I guarantee you can find something thats just a little off.

Once you calibrate that you can then start diagnosing the rest of the car.

What color are your injector tops out of curiosity.

the injectors are blue..i understand what ur sayin about checkin all the sensors but how would u calibrate it..u mean replace any faulty ones?would u happen to have the specs on those too?
