what do u call this and where its go?

hi i need help i dont know what that sensor next to ignitor is? u can see its green with 2 holes for vaccume hose. it has a black knob that u can turn.and where those vaccume hose supose to go?

that stuff is junk, leave it disconected, I cut the plugs off my harness and taped them up. I think its called the boost controll solenoid or something, you dont need either of them and it wont triger a code either.

Green is part of emissions equipment and is useless. The boost control solenoid on the right is also useless for most people.
