What do these wires/plugs off my engine harness go to in behind the battery?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Ok long story short i'm doing a SOHC to DOHC turbo swap and the harness i came with for one reason or another chopped the wires to the plugs that go and plug in behind the battery on the passenger side engine bay. I sourced out a part out near me and got the guy to let me chop out from his harnes and now it seems like some colors just don't match up. They are both from dohc 93 240sx's the only difference is that the mine is manual and the one i chopped a piece from is auto....... Can someone tell me what wires these are and what the plugs go to/control. I really wanna know it's been bugging me.here's a few pictures of what i'm talking about.

A gun and a bullet for chopping wires, cause now you're officially screwed.

Auto harness has 3 plugs that you don't need on a manual. I don't know much about the wiring but I've compared my manual to an auto. One idea would be to try and plug in the rest. If all that's left are three at the back of the fuse box you're good.
