the wires come out of the harnes where the washer pump wire comes out at, one plug is green the other is missing the plug

Looks like wiper fluid reservoir motor plug.

I think I have a plug that doesn't go anywhere there too, I mean if the car runs without it why worry?

COuld be the blinker harness.

it's not the blinker or side marker

I have this wire not going anywhere as well.... no idea what it is
