Thos seems to be the factory ignition plugs so all you would have to do it plug it right in. They are located on the steering collum on the bottom.

on the harness is three plugs. they should plug right into the ignition harness. then plug a wire to the e-brake sensor or ground. and then one wire on what i believe is the ignition wire of the ECU.

i think you have to splice where the ECU is. normally, when you buy it brand new it comes with all the generic connectors for it, but since you are pulling it out from a clip, i would just crimp or make generic connectors for the ebrake and ECU. the other parts of the harness should be plug and play.

IF you have the OPTIONAL timer harness (does not come with timers), it is mostly plug-and-play.

Unplug the main ingition harness at the bottom of the steering column (large white plug) then put the optional timer harness in, then plug the timer's supplied harness into the optioninal one. Then you only have to run e-brake safety wire, and a ground.

Without that $19 optional harness, you will have to cut and solder several thick wires - a big pain in the *** believe me! Crimp connectors? Don't get me started on those.....

Nothing is needed over by the ECU at all.
