Many people have gotten 350whp on stock internals.
Replace your rod bearings and inspect your rods for any potential damage, (if they are damaged, or showing signs of potential fracture or excessive wear, replace them) check your pistons for cracks or damage and replace your piston rings for sure.
I would go ahead and do a whole head gasket set as well. Valve stem seals, manifold gaskets, and head gasket.
Then you should be good. I also wouldnt jump to 350whp , if your asking such questions its just going to create problems.
And no...a given turbo isnt going to give you a SET number of horsepower. The amount of power you make depends on how much PSI of boost your turbo makes, and how much actual air its flowing at that pressure and thats not directly related to the turbo size, but rather what you set the wastegate for.
you control the amount of power, by controlling the amount of boost. And thats what a Waste gate is for. A wastegate is a mechanism that you set to open when your turbo starts making a certain pressure. When it does, it will open and bleed off any excess pressure so it puts a limit on the amount of boost.
Dont confuse it with a blow off valve. Thats different.
but t25 and stuff ,thats just a designation for a particular turbo.
