Yes, it's a direct swap if you also get sub harness. One thing you have to consider is JDM digital cluster only displays kph. It won't switch back and forth between kph and mph like USDM digital cluster does.

it does come with the sub harness but i think one of the plugs is cut off. but i should be able to use a usdm sub harness right?

Yes, you can use usdm harness.
