What do I have to do to install 94-96 injectors in early g50

I have a buddy that wants to uprade his injectors in is 90 Q to 94-96 style. What all will he need to do. Can he just get the fuel rail assy. from a 94-96 and install or is there more involved?

He will also need a new electrical subharness. Replace the lower spacers (stand-offs) that go between the runners and the fuel rail with two washers per bolt. That holds the updated rail into the runner port gaskets a little tighter.

Of course, it's a good time to replace the knock sensors (if cracked), knock sensor harness, and every rubber gasket and hose under the plenum.
