Heres the deal: I was on my way to Old Towne tonight (where all the bars are) and i went down a side street that was two way, but apparently changed to a one way street one block before i noticed and turned off. Too late, cop got me. Of course my driving record is impeccible, insurance is maxed out, ect. And there wasnt a car in sight. But the dude was being a jerk, said he needed to impress his boss, so he gave me a ticket.

So here's there deal: This happened Dec 14, at 11:34 PM. But the cop wrote the date as Dec 15 23:34. Can i contest this ticket since i wasnt (and WONT BE) there tomorrow night? How hard will this be? Any help will be appreciated. I was so mad i couldnt get my drink on!

BTW this isnt in my 240, its in my 944 (i know this doesnt make a difference, but the cop made a point to say Porsche about 25 times).

Your ticket should be voided....I'm not aware of your local laws though...

i wish that could happen to me, but all of the dates on the tickets here are computer generated. haha, that's funny though, the ironic part how he wanted to impress his boss, yet he couldn't write the correct date.

hey i just got a ticket like 5 days ago and it had 2 errors on it. It said i didnt ask for a radar check and i did, and it said that he paced me for 3 miles when in actuality from the spot i left to where he pulled me over is .9 miles will these errors probably drop it?
