On the stock intake there is 3 lines going to it, I know the one from the valve cover goes back to the intake on the turbo, but what about the other 2 that are on the stock intake? there is like one big tube, and tehre is a smaller turbe rite next to it. Do i just route these back into the cold pipe? also when taking out the smog devise on the driver side wheel well, what am i suppost to do with those 2 vacume lines? thanks

all you need is iacv, fpr, and brake booster, and if turboed then wastegate/bov.

There are only 3 vaccuum ports on the intake manifold. one goes directly to the brake booster. It is easily located. Another is smaller and on the inside by the throttle body, an ideal candidate for the fpr. And the is towards the back, a larger one, that you could ust for wastegates. The iacv you don't need to do anything with but run a line from where the hard pipe comes up by the TB into your charge piping.

Yes... the Idle Air Control Valve(s) is the big tube next to the TB.

Iacv should be routed to your charge piping. usually done so right before the throttle body.

the black can is your carbon canister. You can chuck it but some people say it brings a slight smell of gas. the carbon canister uses engine vaccuum to draw vapors out of the fuel tank to let it breathe, and then filters them through carbon and I believe pulls them into the intake stream. its not necessary.

andrave is right, most people have it routed to their charge pipe... I know I have.

As andrave already replied, the carbon canister is what the engine uses to burn off fuel gases coming from the tank. If I remember correctly it should have 3 hoses. 2 of them are vacuum sources, the third one is the one coming from the fuel tank.
