It sounds like you've already made up your mind.

I went to a Car Show in the AM with a buddy and had 24 multicolored roses delivered while I was out. Then picked her up in the Vette(pictured below sorry ike to show her off) and took a ride down to Malibu for lunch and hung out at the beach. The weather was an unreal 85* and sunny.

Next year, take the initiative. If you want to do something special, plan it yourself. That way you can make sure you have a good time!
sentrastace wrote: i treat him like a king each and everyday and go out of my way to do things for him and show him affection and make him the happiest he could be, every god damn day---and he cannot say that he does the same for me.
Then stop. Put as much effort into the relationship as he does. If he questions you about it, tell him "You get what you give!"If he steps up, then you have a keeper. If he doesn't, that should tell you something.

For what it's worth....Greg and I watched the race Sunday. We yelled at the drivers, cussed the Daytona track officials for being ignorant about asphalt composition, and cheered when McMurray came from behind and won. I made one of his favorite's for supper and later that night we watched the Olympic coverage. Granted , he had just come out of the hospital again and didn't feel like doing much, but we still had a good time. When you have the right person by your side, it doesn't matter what you're doing, just as long as you get to be with them.

And YOU will have fun driving your car, which is completely worth it! I found out my fiance was cheating a couple days before Valentine's Day, so it kinda sucked for me. I've been putting a lot of time and effort into this relationship too... Time to blow off some steam working on the car.

actually, my girl and I invented our own holiday on February 13th. We wore ugly X-mas sweaters on when we went out to eat. It was awesome.

Only if you're a faux wine snob.

I like a syrah chilled, and a reisling at room temp. Sue me.

Don't bring him to Carlisle.

I'll make fun of his Neon-driving fail a$$ until he cries or loses his temper, both of which work out just fine for me.

p.s. You rock, Stace.

Last time we went wine tasting I was told that good wine is what taste good to the one drinking it, not what anyone else says. Chill whatever you want to chill, if you like it that way then do it!

Just don't kill me when I'm mounted on Daisy. I don't want her to live with the scars of her lover dying while inside her.
