Well I am just wondering what was everybody experienced the first time they drove there 240 or any other car with boost? I mean I know it feels fun riding in somebodies else's car with boost, but I know it must been even better driving.

it made me feel like my car was in Gran Turismo!jk, I love the progressive feeling of a turbo. I would take that any day over a supercharger.

The first three turbo cars were Supras. Actually, the last two of these were the same car, but with a much different set-up. My car feels weak by comparison. 450 RWHP is way fun.

Same here. Although I thought I dreamt it for like 3 days since we had to finish tinkering with my car before my second go around.

well the first turbo car i drove was a 93 RX-7 FD3S. i was checking it out with my friend becusae he was looking to buy one. well lets up it this way. when i first drove it, the car felt like it pulled soo hard, and the pull just got harder and harder, and we actually felt the second turbo kick in. it was incredible. after the test drive, i was flooring my car and it just felt like it wasn't moving. then the next turbo car i drove was a SR20 running 15 psi of boost and that thing moved too. after i drove that i drove my car again and it felt like it wasn't moving. well finally i got my own turbo 240. and it pulls very different from the rest of those cars becasue my car has a kick. my dyno shows that at 3.5K i'm only making 125whp but once i hit 4K to 5K my power jumps by almost another 110whp in just 1 K rpm. however my friend drive faster cars then me now such as a evo 8 and a sti.

My first was a Saab 9-3, and i didn't even think it had much kick...more than the 626 i was drivin at the time, but no biggie...but i was nervous, had my licence like a week and learned to drive a standard the day before so i didn't puch the car...then i was on the highway and was cruzing comfortable when my buddy pointed out i was goin 200kph(125mph)...i looked in the back seat and found the salesmen with his head between his knees! So funny! Havn't been able to hit 200kph since because of this damn speed limiter!

1995' Eagle Talon TSI AWD about... 2 years ago I think. I was shopping for a Talon/Eclipse AWD at the time, and was getting rid of my 1993' Grand Am GT (NA mind u).

Ended up buying a 1996' Chevy 4x4 instead and have regretted it over a boosted car ever since.

first time i took my car out it had no hood and no exhaust, just an open downpipe. so it was incredible. the turbine sound and the exhaust were incredibly loud, when it backfired flames ccame out all over the garage. I couldn't wait so I decided to take it out for a spin, ii drove it around a bit getting the fuel good and rich and then i let it lose, it felt like someone stepped on my chest. i couldnt belive it. then i put the car away and finished it up as fast as i could. once it was done the spanking of others began.

The only thing I have driven that is a turbo is my dads powerstroke turbo diesel. He has a 2001 F-350 Super Duty, Crew cab, long bed, dually the works, but it is a stock motor. Well, my car over heated and we went back to get it and he had me drive the truck home. So i lagged behind and waited til he was out of sight and floored it. Its an auto, and I was pullin maybe 30 MPH when I punched it. It reved up quick, but there was little acceleration until the turbo really kicked in at 3800 RPM. i was in the back of my seat quick, and all i saw in my rearview was my dads tires smoking ;) It was like the truck picked up all of its 7000lbs, threw it on its back and started sprinting, lol

My first turbo carwow, was a Buick T-type with modified turbo and big *** intercoolerwhenever I flored that beast, wow, feeled like I was rearended by a locomotive, I was practically pinned to my seat for like 1/4 second or so. Too sad that my 240 does no feel the same :<Greetings to the !$#%$#@% who stole it and modified the front end (apparently he wanted a motorcycle, crash the car to a pole!!) ROT IN HELL BASTARD!!
