What dampening setting wears a daily driven coilover more?

Just was wondering what setting hardest or softest puts more wear on a daily driven 240sx?

There are too many other factors in play that determines the wear and tear of a coilover, so this question could never be 100% answered.
The other factors are:
Road condition
Quality of the coilovers
Tire and rim size.

Sorry, but I think this question is a little too broad.
