I am going to be ordering a Brian Crower Stroker Kit #BC208 very soon .What I am trying to decide is whether or not I want a higher compression ratio since the pistons are custom made to order. The car is a 240SX(S13)HB prepared for Street Modified class for autocross racing. There are possibly some track days in its future. For some info about what other items will be on the car:Current: RC Engineering 750cc injectors (top feed)Walburo in tank Fuel PumpSard Fuel Regulator (boost controlled)Sard Fuel Rail (top feed conversion)Red top headExtrude honed head onlyStock valves with 3 angleBrian Crower Stage 3 camsBrian Crower Retainers and SpringsAEM engine managementGredy Profec-B Spec II waste gate controllerBlizt recirc BOVGreddy IntakeEVO VIII front mount intercoolerFuture: Full Race Turbo kit: Gen 2 SR RWD Prostreet Twinscroll T3 Manifold, Gen 2 SR RWD 3.0in. thats a sick a** set up bro. I dont know how true it was but when i asked around for feedback on compression the general rule of thumb was that motor with higher compression will not allow for as much boost as a lower compression engine. If its only a slight difference than it wouldnt hurt to go higher but if your thinking about going from like a 8:5:1 to a 11:0, then it would be huge. It would depend on where you want to make the power and how much boost you are going to want to run.

As a suggestion since your spending all of this sick money anyway, why not go for the Full-Race T4. People running the T4 version have seen rediculous power and torque curves and a reduction in lag time. SpanishRicer from one of these forums just went to T4 and loves it to death. If i had the cash i would go T4 just to squeeze all of the power out of an engine like that....just my opinion. Good luck bro i hope i helped even if ever so slightly. If not then oh well
