I am getting bored and wanted to paint my Engine Cover. I know that I don't like any of the ricer colors like Blue, Red or Yellow or nothing Crazy, but was thinking more either Bronze or Silver to match. Not sure how Bronze looks on Silver, have not seen too many. Fujita makes a Championship Bronaze Colored intake that might look good. I wanted some input and maybe a couple photoshops of both colors.

Ha yea it does.

The engine is hardly seen, so it can be flashy with a gold. :pOr just go with something that matches your car, so silver. :p

I just finished color matching my engine cover with Desert Platinum KX6 Paint. I made a mistake or two and ended up running out of paint (would have to mail order another can) - I decided to just gloss coat it and call a day. It looks good enough.

I ordered the paint fromhttp://automotivetouchup.com/

You can color match or experiment if you know the code of the paint you want.

This color is like a champaigne or light bronze with silver irredescence (sp) .
