no, the q is green. you can't tell because it is overcast today and the layer of dirt doesn't help either. although both vehicles do have gold, gold rims on the q and gold badges on the bike.

white looks good with a kit, black is always a safe bet, charcoal/graphite grey is my favorite for a s14, check the link in my sig for pics of my ride.

although I was considering a skyline blue, my buddy is willing to trade his off white leathers for my black. blue on beige leather, but I have no regrets!

Nismo - What color is the car now? Keep in mind that a full color change will look super-cheap if you don't do the door jambs, underhood, engine bay, trunk, etc.

Not only that, but if everything isn't removed, the results can be disappointing. Areas like the rubber trim around the windows, badges, door handles, interior trim (inside the doors and hatch) are a b**** to mask well for even the best painters.

After 15 years, I've learned to spot a repaint (as opposed to a factory job) from 10 feet away.

Ivory Pearl Quartz with a subtle sandstone/gray dual pinstripe looks tight. (Not that I'm biased...)

yeah, listen to hitman, never haggle with a body shop guy. Ask him for the price of a mint paint job, and pay what he says. Don't go to maaco for the love of a 240, too many horror stories to list. My body shop guy removed all trims, painted door jams, under trunk/hood, strut towers with engine still in! Only spot he missed was behind the interior A pillars!!! ;)

good luck

When my Si was done, they stripped everything (glass, interior, trim, emblems, handles, mirrors, etc.). Dismantled the whole damn car and painted it in parts.

People used to trip over the fact that it wasn't red/black/white/blue (the only colors for Si's in 94), I even pulled the carpet up to show them the color... and laughed at them when they were speechless.
