Am I going to be the first one to do a dark green 240SX? I think it would turn out great.

Make it whatever color you like... remember, you're the one that has to pay for it...

Thepaint schemes I've done to my cars is black/red, red, silver/red, chalkboard (my truck), white, charcoal/blue.

This time I will either go kandy blue (blue w/gold base coat), silver/blue, or yashio pink (or some shade of pink close to that...

I think 350z black looks really good too if you don't mind keeping it clean.

Hmmm, thats a tough one btw the 3 choices...but I'd have to go with daytona blue. Thats my favorite color for the 350's. Although I love white on any car. Anyway, let us know what u decide to go with.

Actually, I have been trying to get the "perfect" shade of the blue I want for the top coat to show the gold base thru the way i want... I've painted a few different random car parts tryin' to get the shade i want. If I can get a camera to take a decent pic showing it, I'll put it up... I'm still debating whether I'll put a silver flake in the blue coat or not...

My friend (Owner of Tim Harrison Customs) who does most of my body/paint work, said the only way he would paint it pink is if it was a classy color pink and no neon hot pink crap... lol. That's why I'm thinking about goin' w/ yashio's pink - he said that would be alright...

Ahhhh decisions decisions...

Maybe a little off or you just may not care but try to find a car similar to the shape of your 240sx. The 350Z has a lot of different angles and curves that make that metallic/pearl paint expload. Try looking at corvettes or something similar in shape, you get what im saying? I've seen people fall in love with colors until they put them on the car and looks completely different. Just something to keep in mind

+1. That's why I voted for the white. The 240sx CAME in white, which was the best factory color if you ask me, and Pikes Peak White (the 350z color) will just make it better.

I get tired of seeing white cars everywhere, but maybe that's because I live in TX.

I think the other options are too extreme for me. I like how the stock 240 is subtle and unassuming and I prefer my paint to reflect that. If it was an option I would say black or dark. Send the red to Italy unless you have a really fast car.

This completely depends on what color wheels you're going to run.

Basically, if you want to run gold, don't paint it Brickyard.

I've never been a huge fan of silver wheels on white cars either, but it can look good sometimes. I prefer something darker, or gold.

I voted the blue. I've seen all three of the colors irl. The blue is the most striking of the two. However, I prefer the Lexus IS300 Blue. It's more dark than the Z Blue and has greater depth.

anything oem is not exotic enough for me. i mean if its free thats alright, but i want something hard. any pearl from house of kolor if u have access. black is always a nice color. stock colors are too flat looking not shiney enough.

any color: pink, brown, crap color as long as its exotic looking with a mirror shine, ill sport.

i'd like a yellow or pink like the rx7
