actually im getting it painted for free ...and i cant make up decision so i wanted to ask u guys what looks the bestsileighty_stev0n wrote:Make it whatever color you like... remember, you're the one that has to pay for it...
Thepaint schemes I've done to my cars is black/red, red, silver/red, chalkboard (my truck), white, charcoal/blue.
This time I will either go kandy blue (blue w/gold base coat), silver/blue, or yashio pink (or some shade of pink close to that...
Actually, I have been trying to get the "perfect" shade of the blue I want for the top coat to show the gold base thru the way i want... I've painted a few different random car parts tryin' to get the shade i want. If I can get a camera to take a decent pic showing it, I'll put it up... I'm still debating whether I'll put a silver flake in the blue coat or not...PantherRacer wrote:I wouldn't mind seeing that kandy blue you speak of.
+1. That's why I voted for the white. The 240sx CAME in white, which was the best factory color if you ask me, and Pikes Peak White (the 350z color) will just make it better.ETTInnov04 wrote:Maybe a little off or you just may not care but try to find a car similar to the shape of your 240sx. The 350Z has a lot of different angles and curves that make that metallic/pearl paint expload. Try looking at corvettes or something similar in shape, you get what im saying? I've seen people fall in love with colors until they put them on the car and looks completely different. Just something to keep in mind
