The only coil-overs I have heard of (for a different model year M) were by a Japanese company and they were darn expensive ... about $2600 for a set, without installation!

If you want, I will dig up the information ... I have it here in my e-mail folders somewhere.

The 3 you named are pretty much it.JIC 1800 Tein 1800Mega 900

Those price's are ballpark figures. I have a set of Tein and a set of Megan Honestly I like the Megan better they give a stiffer ride but I've had to replace the 2 front coilovers they were free from megan so it was ok. What kind of ride are you looing for?

I just installed my Tein Flex, and the ride is 10X better than stock, its worth the investment for $2100, JIC Magic is a little too much money plus u get to ad the EDFC to adjust the ride quality

How much did they charged you to installed the Tein Flex? I have narrow my search down between the JIC and Tein Flex but more than likely will go with the Tein Flex.

I like to budget for the installation cost. How long did the shop took to installed it? How low did you go on the front dropped and rear?

Thanks.

I paid $250 to have them installed and they took about 2 days because i had g37 BBK installed and the megan exhaust put on also, so for the whole install cost me about $1000. its dropped 1.5" all around

Thanks for the infor., my local shop wanted about $600 for the installation and they said it will be about 6-8 hrs to get the coilovers on my M. They are a reliable source but after hearing you paid $250, I feel like I am being rip off. I understand there is alot of work involve in the process so maybe you got a great deal from your shop. Wow....$250 is a sweet price.

I just did a set of the Eibachs on an 2006 M45s and with the right tools it took just about 2 hours. Coupled with some wheel spacers and the OE 19" the car looks amazing and the ride quality is not really compromised for the amount of drop.

BC Racing is what a friend has on his M, he bought them through http://www.circuitmotorsports.net/ I have ordered my G37 BC's from these guys and easy to deal with. Great price for a great product IMO.
