What Clutch/Presure Plate and Flywheel combo are you guys using? I am VERY confused when it comes to choosing a clutch/presure plate/flywheel Kit.

just did a search and founf all sorts of contradicting info.

so far:

KA24E 91-94 Clutch/Presure Plate works, NOT the Flywheel though. some minor dremel work needed on the presure plate. 225mm clutch disk.

SR20DET (RWD) clutch/presurepalte work but MUST use SR20 flywheel, but heard that the CA bell housing is too small for the SR Flywheel?? also starter issues ?? 240mm clutch disk

SR20DET (FWD) clutch/presure plate combo work, no probs?? flywheel?? 215mm clutch disk

what about the 280zx clutch kits? isee that they use a 225mm clutch, anyone knows if this will work??

I have been looking at the EXEDY clutch kits on coximports.com, SPEC and NISO clutches too... what works

ALSO: transmission talk

i have heard that the CA bellhousing will bolt up to a SR, KA, RB20 gearbox, but are all the trany's the same length w/ the CA bellhousing??

so all of you who are using upgraded/custom clutch kits please let me know what you have found that works and what are old wives tales.

this is for my RWD CA18DET ~ 400 hp what stage clutch should i use, i want something that will provide a good bite and realease but still eb streetable..

help guys..

I'm running an AP 4 paddle clutch plate and Nismo cover, as recommended ny Norris Designs (they were running the same combo in their former S13 demo car when it had 480bhp)

Right, the plate is a ceremetallic 4 prong plate, and it fits the standard cover without any problems, the part number is CP6454-9, and the Nismo cover is a CA COVER!!!!! I can't remember the part number though.
