Tell me more about this... Why the pickup flywheel?

I thought LuK only made OEM replacement clutches?

But what's the effect of the smaller diameter flywheel?

Link me on the LuK clutch?

Thanks man!

i believe Accorderz is refering to the white bunny special. it's a clutch assembly made up of mainly oem parts from different vehicles that will hold massive amounts of power, be inexpensive in price, and still be a very comfortable setup on the street.

i don't remember what the deal is with the truck flywheel. i'm pretty sure you can use an aftermarket 240sx or 200sx one offered through nissan motorsports.

Less inertia; as inertial loads become exponentially greater as the diameter increases.

Also keep in mind that the flywheel's outter ring has to mate with the starter in order to start.

Honestly of all the clutches I've sold I would still choose ACT over them all. RPS is not that bad either. I definately wouldn't touch Spec with a 10 ft. pole as I've personally seen a number of them fail.

act street clutch here. ive been running it for about 2-3 years with no problems. very very streetable and it can still bite like a mofo when needed. its rated for 260 or so but ive seen people run 300 or so on the clutch with no issues.

southbend clutch. They make a clutch for just about any application and I have driven a few of their different stages in various cars and they all have stock feel. You can get their top level for $330 from dxdracingclutches.com I love them and I will be getting one once my motor is done.

i was looking around for an rsp stage 1 clutch and found then at phase 2 motortrend for 245 but at the bottom is says complete kit with bearings so does this mean i will have to pay extra for the bearings included.and would this be ok to go turbo with. do they exceed their listed limit like the act clutches do.http://www.store.yahoo.com/pha....html
