Makes 14 credit-hours, but really adds up to 25 due to the length of the drawing class and the 2 physics and 1 mechanics lab. Meh, can't be worse than now.

More Business crap...Business math, some computer junk and some other crap. I don't know...they give me the tests, I pass the tests.

I wake up in the mornings, put on my Dunkin Donuts hat and proclaim, "It's time to pass the tests."

Thanks.

I am a political science and east asian studies major, hence the Japanese II and Comparative politics. The Environmental Pollution class and lab is required for GE (lab science) I hate bio, chem, and all the traditional science courses so I opted for this class people I care for the environment and would like to learn more about it. The philosophy and film is just a fun and easy humanities course my friend recommended to me to also fulfill my GE requirements. After spring semester is done, all my GE's will be done and all I have to do is focus on the requirements for both my majors. I can get the east asian stuff knocked out when I study abroad for a year next year and I only need 4 more poli sci courses. Weeee so that means I'll have a breezy senior year with 100 level elective courses.

Sorry I guess you didn't ask for all that. I just went off on tangent. I'm not Japanese, I'm Chinese and Rowland Heights is filled with Chinese ppl IIRC. Haha. Werd

I plan on law school. People care too much about what they major in. It doesn't matter as much as one would think, unless you're in some sort of engineering field. I love politics and I love languages/asian cultures so that's what I am studying. I've had friends go into english or poli sci and come out with management or marketing jobs.

If law school falls through, I plan to work in industry for a few years before I can save up enough money or build enough credit to obtain start up capital and open my own business.

Um, it sounds like he has no major since he is still in High School. At least that's what I think. Business Law HONORS? Sounds like a HS course since I don't think too many colleges have names like that for their courses. That wasn't what made me think he's in HS still thought, what caught my attention was his schedule. I have yet to see a college student get 9 to 3 classes EVERYDAY. Maybe if your friends with the Dean and can get whatever schedule you wanted, otherwise no. As for the job, I envy you . Good job, but are you sure you want to live your teen years like that? Go out and party man.

Yup, lotsa Chinese people around here. I'm one of em. If you guys ever want to see a bunch of mercedez come around here. Chinese people love them. Practically every fifth car or so is a mercedez. Ok... maybe not that extreme, but there is always at least 2-3 mercedez in my view when I drive, at least. Also, where are you going to study abroad, Japan?

WERD.

So many people worry about trying to live a full and productive life while truly forgetting to live. You're 18 dude, go out and have a good time with your friends. You have the rest of your life to slave over a job but your youth is ephemeral.

Yes, I am going to study in Kyoto at Doshisha University if I can get into this program. It's a full year and I live with a host family. I just hope they won't have to worry too much about my vegetarian diet.

I actually have cousins in Rowland Heights. It's a nice place but I can't stand living near Chinese people. Too much gossip and crap to deal with. Particularly because I'm not your typical "Asian girl".

I'm not really sure. I'm working full time right now, so I don't really want to do a full semester's worth of credits. Maybe 2 classes. Somebody on here was talking about an Automotive class where they built racing lawn mowers. Probably something like that.

Like Vicki said, I'm not too worried about a "full and productive life." I'm 20 years old, there's plenty of time ahead to become a stodgy old workaholic. Right now I want to enjoy myself at least some of the time.
