In response to your post, I like the look and size of the new 1 series. However, the new BMW is not faster than a 2006 and newer 350Z in the 1/4, 0-60 yes. The 135i is running 14.0 in the 1/4. If the G needs a new engine, it will either get an RB**DETT or a LS*.
If I get something different and new, I don't know. Either a C6 or maybe a WRX STI, but the new STI looks like crap, since 08's don't have a 4 door, and only that nasty hatchback.
Possibly a 240 with an RB**DETT...
Whatever it is, it'll have either 8 cylinders (and silly HP), or forced induction.
