Hey Guys, I have the 3/8 fittings for the turbo and Oil pan, But what size stainless line fits that? I don't get that -10AN Stuff. What size in AN is close to 3/8. Is there any other kind of line I can run that will take the heat? Thanks

you cant fit AN fittings with normal swivel end fittings. at the end of AN fittings you see theres a little smoothed out part. if you look inside the oil line or another female fitting, you'll see theres a smooth part inside where the smooth part of the AN fitting sits on which makes it lock in better so the oil wont leak out. if you try to take a regular 1/2" fitting and put it into a 10AN female, it would wiggle around a lot

Well I have the Two barb fittings for the Oil Pan and for the Turbo, I think its 5/8th to 3/8th. And it looks like I just clamp a line onto the two of them. But what kind of line can I use for it. I can't just use a rubber line can I? Basically what kind of lines can take the heat?

those black silicone heater hoses at home depot can withstand the heat. thats what i used to do. but its always on the back of your head that its ghetto and sooner or later you'll really want SS. get a good hose and clamp it down good

yup, jgstools.com even has a barbed setup/rubber hose. as long as you tighten correctly and there are no leaks, then you will be ok.

napa auto parts has green silicone heater hose that work's great. I've used it on several turbo oil return lines.

Regular fuel line or transmission line will work just fine... but 3/8 is too small for a return line imo.

I have the same barb fittings you see in the Oil return kits. I think its 5/8". Should get welded up today. Hopefully

Mine uses a 5/8" rubber hose that doen't fall apart after prolonged exposure to oil/gas. I got it at a local auto parts store and it has worked great for years. Regular heater hose won't hold up.
