I want to know what boost would be safe to run on this setup until I can get my injectors, AFC, Z32 MAF, etc...

Keep in mind this is stock fuel system.

What do you guys think is the highest boost i could run on this setup?

I would run around 9 PSI on the stock fuel setup with that turbo. Stock fuel system can support ~200whp this equals ~230bhp. Convert this to airflow in lbs/min equals roughly 23 lbs a min. Plot this point on the compressor map in the highest efficiency range tells you that you want a pressure ratio of about 1.8. Do a few more calculations and using rough estimates on pressure drops and VE ect you come with gauge pressure for boost to be about 9PSI.
