What can I expect.... and another Q

Looking for a little experience here, I have a 96 se with an auto tanns ( boo hiss I know but it was all I could find at the time ) and my plan for performance upgrades is pretty straight forward. Intake header exhaust pulleys and some dyno tweaking ( i.e. timing adjustments ) and I was curious as to what my 1/4 mile times would be close to? Another quick question, should I go with the Nismo header or the hotshot header? I like Nismo parts but if the hotshot is better than I'll go with it. One more question, nismo factory suspension or after market ( KYB/ tokico and eibach)? Sorry for the multiple questions in one post but I don't want to clutter the board with just my ****
