Spend some of it on anger and stress management class. Anyway, $1000 is a lot of money for me. I would rather save it up because you never know when you'll grow out of your car.

First of all regarding the hamburgers;people got to eat dont they?

Second of all it was a joke.

Third of all, why dont you be more specific in your original post. "$1000 from insurance, what should I buy?" Are you SR powered? KA powered? KA-T powered? What mods do you already have so we dont mention them? What do you absolutely need for your car? Is anything broken that needs repair? What would you rather focus on, stereo, horsepower, braking, handling, WHAT?

From the looks of it you need to pay of all of your tickets from being an irresponsible driver.

Fourth of all dont call me stupid then mispell "hambuergers".

and finally have a nice day!:ylsuper

Now that is knowledge that could have been known from the beginning so that people dont give bogus suggestions like NEEDCAforS13 did unknowingly.

Here's a smart idea: Use it for some education tuition (i.e. mechanic auto shop etc) if you want it to relate to your car. Think about how long a body kit would last compared to the stuff youll learn in a shop.

If you lived in Carrollton Texas, you could afford 926.77 hamburgers from the local Wendy's considering the %8.25 tax. :D

fix all broken and worn out stuff first.preventive maintenance.

then, you can save up a little more cash for a turbo project.

i want some electric fans...i don't know why.i also want nicer rims. a touch up paint job. some dark asss tint. a HID headlight kit would be kinda cool, cause i drive around alot at night and the stock beams and even the replacement bulbs suck. some tighter shocks and springs would be really nice. maybe some pullies too.

LOL that is exactly what happened to me. I have grown out of 240's and now I am mostly stuck with it. Doesnt help that the turbo is busted on it though. I think alot of peopel dont think about the future. I would personally save at least 25% of that.

felix - my s13 lamps are crazy bright, they can light up the top of telephone poles when i turn the high beams on and yes they are pointed right, i got them from autozone for 20 or 25 a piece i think

if i had a grand id buy some snap-on tools, i get a special discount through my boces class till i graduate for roughly 50 percent off any snap on tools :ylsuper

I'd say save up for a turbo (assuming you don't already have one or you want NA). However a nice LSD and 300zx brakes would be nice too....its up to you man.

how about some pullies, aluminum drive shaft, lightened flywheel, and electric fans. that should free up some considerable hp and if u ever want to go KA-T then u can keep all those parts
