what can i do to get more torque

LSx swap.. any flavor will do

but there are many things, mostly those that your tuner can help you with..

Cams, Nice sized turbo, Good Tuning.. etc are all different ways to adjust power band.

Explain your problem some more. First off, make sure timing is at 15*. Make sure no boost or exhaust leaks. Both hurt power. And if all is fine, increase the boost. Also add some 256 cams if you want to maximize the powerband of your GT28R.
