:rotfl My driver seat annoyingly rocks back and forth and I think it's progressive.. I looked on infinitihelp.com and saw some of the TSB's on the G's but nothing in the pages of TSB's on the 05 Q.. also* I saw some comments on the site that said ALOT of times TSB's are covered after the warranty has expired. Anyone had any luck with Infiniti fixing there driver seat at no cost? Or, what was the cost? Am I going to end up in the back seat at a green light one day lol??

...or you could end up in your dashboard at a red light.

All joking aside, I believe the m35/m45 group had a fair number of these issues - rocking, leaning, tilting, creaking seats and a good portion turned out to be a broken seat rail - remove and weld.
Search that subforum with the bold words and see what comes up.

Thanks EdBwoy, yea I've seen quite a bit of chatter about the other models but not much on the Q. When I try to move the seat forwards or backwards it hangs up bad on one side and almost won't move. It twists until it makes it past that point.. the joking aside, have people really ended up in a dangerous situation with the seats by them totally coming undone!?

Not that I've heard of, plus your seat belt should help keep you secure for the most part. I think despite the reported discomfort, the powers that be didn't deem it a big enough concern to issue a recall. Most owners that I have read about paid for the cost of repair/welding out of pocket
