what cam combination

my friend has a s14 and we have an extra set of 91 cams...i know there was a post on here about using an exhaust cam on the intake and something...but anyone with experience with this...which are the best all around combination of cams to use on a stock motor with just an intake and exhaust installed? also i have an s13 with intake, header, full 2.5 exhaust, egr removed etc...what kind of performance would i get form using one of his cams? there was a very good article on this very thing but search is not working now...suprised? anyway let me know what yall have experience with?

are you putting your friends cams in your s13 or the 91 cams in the s14?I can't tell what car you are talking about.

sorry abot the confusion..actually thinking about mixing and matching both...i read a thread on here about using one of the s14 cams which is i think like 232 and one of the s13 cams...either the 240 or 248....would like to put the best combination in both cars

I remember reading something about putting s13 cams in an s14 and getting some performance out of it, but Im not sure about your other question.
