Hi guys just wanted to see what options are there that have been tested personally and can be recommended for every day use and have a good life span. Im currently running Lasfit Led bulbs in my 2016 Sentra SE. I used to have the opt7 kit but it wasn't as good as it was described and we all know that usually the more it cost the better it should be but after having one of the opt7 bulb fail me after a year and had them replaced i decided to give another brand a try. I went on amazon and looked for something that wouldn't put a hole in my wallet and decided to risk it on the Lasfit brand which where on sale for 50 bucks it looked good to me specially since it doesn't include the extra extension and was half the price of the opt7 and so far i like them and i can see better at night than the opt7. So i want to know what lights you guys run and how good do they perform? The one i currently have are plug and play to the original harness so no wiring needed did you have to wire your own? did you need extra adapters? got any pics or videos of how they look on your car? Let me know :) if you have any questions on the opt7 or the Lasfit kits i got feel free to ask and ill answer to the best of my ability :).

This thread is relevant to my interests. Those lights you've got look good.
I really should upgrade the lighting in my 240. Last time I checked though, LED housings were $300+, which isn't gonna fly for me.

I'm not using any right now, but I've always loved what Clear Corners puts out. I've toyed with the idea if having a set done for my Z if I end up keeping it...but they're about as far from inexpensive as you can get.

I started out with Plasmaglow, but the lifespan wasn't acceptable, so I switched to http://www.ledheadlightspro.com/. It's only been a year, so time will tell, but so far they've been good. I was also able to get them in a much higher wattage than what I did from Plasmaglow.

I had thought about it, but a lot of the H4 LED bulbs have big heat exchangers off the back of them that I fear would catch on something as the headlight flips up and down.
If you try it out, do a write up and let us know how it works.

Sorry guys for the delay work picked up and been busy with life as well but here's the video i promised. I was able to get in contact with Lasfit Auto Led Lighting and they hooked me up with a sample kit to test in my 240sx if i provided a installation video. So here you guys go if you all ready know how to swap your lights you can just simply skip to 18:50 to see that as long as we properly mount/ position the led and factory harness we wont have to worry about it getting caught in the retraction when opening and closing. For those who are new to these vehicles or never replaced their stocked sealed beams i recommend watching the whole video which i showed some of the problems you can run into and how to fix it.

If you have any questions feel free to let me know :D. Please like and subscribe to their channels it will help me get my interior lighting swapped to LED if I can get them to reach 100 youtube subscribers thanks!

Hella housings total cost was about 130 shipped to me from Amazon

LED kit used in video can be found here:

Our Harness plug is H4

Amazon Lasfit LS H4 cheaper than website:

I couldn't find the LA series in an H4 bulb, but it looks like their driver is internal, yes?

yeah that is correct everything is in the unit itself the ones i tested since they use more power to produce more light they made it external which is the little black box attached to the cable. Here this is the link for the LA series H4.

https://www.amazon.com/LASFIT-Headlight ... =lasfit+H4

pretty much when you are ready to order let me know or join their LASFIT fb oage https://www.facebook.com/lasfitautolighting and send them a screen shot of your amazon purchase and let them know you are from Nicoclub forum and Mirage sent you to get the 50% discount (pretty much they way they explained it to me was if any of the forum members bought a LA series light from their amazon branches and left a good review they will refund them half of the totaled paid and still get the 1 year warranty if provided a screen shot of their review on amazon)

SO here it is guys they gave me a 20% discount code for any of their LASFIT lights on Amazon!!

20% OFF --3NNBQDON (use it while supplies last)

Also i was told that for every one who purchases on Amazon and leave a qualifying good review, meaning actually give honest feedback and details of how they can improve or what can be done better with their lights or any suggestions for any kind of product you would like to see them sell they will receive a free gift.

If anyone is into doing video reviews this is for you! If you like to make tech videos or how to videos, Make a video installation and give a review of how easy, difficult installation is. How the quality of their units feels, what you think about them etc. Post it on youtube and paste your link onto their Facebook page and get a chance to get a free set of lights as a gift. (which series exactly I don't know but they're free so cant complain right? XD)

Well hope this helps anyone looking to get LED lights for their vehicles :D
