the 240sx isn't a typical donor so I'm gonna say they likely won't fit, I believe the 240sx uses slip on rotors and the dime uses rotors bolted on from the back of the hub, and int he rear the dime of course uses drums so it's an even bigger pain, the 280zx is generally the disk brake donor for the dimes

to make the 240sx rotors work? the fronts would be tricky, depending on the offset of the 240sx calipers you might be able to bore out the center and bolt them to the back of the 510 hubs, , if not you might be able to use the 240sx hub but you might have to swap bearings and grease seals and you'll need a caliper to fit the rotors for instance the 240sx calliper, you'll have to fab some mounting brackets, be sure to tig weld any joints

The rear is real easy. All have to do is make a flange that the caliper bolts onto and weld it to the A-arm. Mine works great with that set up. The front is a little tricky. I used 240 strut and spindle and then had to modify both front arms. The rear arm I just cut in half and welded the 240 ball joint on. It has to be the 240 because the angle it sits at is different than the datsuns. The front arm I took compleatly out and used a piece of aluminum rodd and hiems on both ends so i could adjust it. This set up works pretty good. I was able to upgrade to the larger 300zx 4 piston calipers and brakes real easy from there. hope this helps.

On the 240 is does. the spindle is bolted onto the lower arm by a ball joint and the upper part of the spindle is bolted onto the strut.

No I'm talking about the front suspention. the rear is just an piece of metal that I cut out and welded on the rear a-arm and bolted the caliper on.
