My car came with Brembo rotors that are drilled. My brake pads are wearing out and I need to replace them. What kind of pads should I replace with that won't damage the rotors? Do I need to get the rotors resurface or do anything? Or should I just take the old pads out and put new ones in and bleed the brake?

It is always a good idea to resurface the rotors with a pad swap but its not abs necessary.

If this is your daily driver and you want a decent performance without too much dust or too harsh on the rotors get something like Axxis Metal Master. I use them with my Z32 brakes and I love it. No dust and performs great! (and attahced shim )

Oh when you swap the pads, you dont have to bleed the brakes.. you only bleed if you detach the lines

I use my axxis metal masters on my cross drilled and slotted rotors. Feels a bit better than stock after the initial bite, where the genuine nissan pads felt better.

Can you resurface Drilled and Slotted Rotors? Or just Drilled?
