What body kit is this?

Can someone tell what body kit this is and where I can get it in the United States. these are the only two pics I've ever seen of this kit, but I think it is so clean!!! I want to get one of these in the new acura color that is on the NSX and save up for a S14 w/ this kit ( ). But I can't find a source for this kit in America, nor have I ever seen a pic of it. I'm assuming that the same bady kit manufacturer produces these kits, due to the similar styling. Any info is greatly appreciated.

what is the point in something that ****s up the car. its a custom built beaut! should just kick the damn thing off and it would look better. I cant stand big *** body kits anymore, ecspecially a huge front end that outweighs the car!!!

The kit doesn't align properly AT ALL. Look at all those visible contour lines, it doesn't even remotely fit the body. Also, that wing is big enough to tip your 240 over on its *** end, its a good thing we're RWD or you'd never get anywhere with your front wheels off the ground. If you want some nice kits, go to http://www.takakaira.com please, please, please do not put that on your 240.
