what belt is this???

anyone know what belt this is. its below the engine next to some other belts hooked up to the fan. its damaged and i think this was the belt that was burning and screaming at me because i sprayed belt condition on it and the it stopped screaming at me lol

The order is front most is power steering, middles is ac, one closest to engine is alternator/fan belt. All have four ribs per belt except p/s belt, that has three

yeah my Alt belt did right before it snapped..... my advice?? change it the belts are only like 20 bucks at most automotive stores
