Its a R200V its not much different then a J30VLSD except it uses the 4.08 ring gear and not the 3.92. You need J30 Axles or 5bolt S13 VLSD axles.

So all your doing is putting in a 4.08 ration VLSD.

Now some guys use the 90-94 Q45 diff which are also R200Vs but with a 13 tooth pinion and a 3.68 ratio. And with this set up you need to use a Q45 axle on the passenger side, and a Z32 turbo axle on the drivers side. So you end up with much stronger axles. And the lower final drive. Great for turbo car and the exles are much beefier.

Any particular reason you're using a viscous differential for drag racing?

its a brand new diff, and it was given to me, so for the time being i am goin to use that to get the car going and to the dyno, because at 800hp i am going to need more than one wheel pulling on the dyno.

I make 500 NA horsepower with tons of low end torque. I am running a hybrid r200 / r230 diff, but the carrier is a welded R200.

N/A 300zx/Z32 diff= Stock axles, unless it's one of the 5 bolt flanges like older J30's. But ether way those axles (n/a300zx and J30) fit the stock 240sx wheel bearing/hub.

supposedly the 300 axles will bolt on but are to long, because the suspention sits out farther on the z

Dont know bout that, I got Q45 VLSD with Drside axle on my Drside from 300zxTT and Q45 Drside axle on my Passide. So you can mix and match, but I dont know the length since I never measured them.
