what are these?? sensors?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

i am installing a fmic on my s14 and need to move this bracket that is behind the bumper and in front of the radiator. my car no longer has a/c and it has airbags. they arent airbag sensors are they? can i remove them?

Honestly, they look like some sort of ambient air temperature sensor or something. Air bag sensors should be mounted in the bumper support itself so as to detect impact. You can probably relocate them if you still cant figure out what they're for.

ok, looks like this has a loom that provides power to the horn.. the other thing i am hoping is an air sensor/switch for the a/c fan. watch, i will cut them and both my airbags will deploy.

As other said, is an air ambient sensorused in AC operation, at least on s13, dunno in OBDII carsSafe to ditch but dont trash it, check for codes or driveability problems.Best thing is to relocate

yep, ambient air a/c temp sensor. I took it off and brought it to a nissan dealer to double check.
