Trying to get everything tidied up in my 240 after my SR swap, and there are two plugs under the dash on the driver's side that i can't figure out their home. Can someone please let me know where these plugs go? Pictures below...

where does the timing control unit plug go? I have looked around under the dash and can't find anything.
also, I can't get spark or fuel. I'm starting to think it's the viper c30 alarm system the previous owner had installed. Does anyone know whether this alarm can disable the ignition system and the fuel pump? i've checked continuity on the igniter, and it checks out. I'm getting 12V and ground at the coils, and I haven't gotten around to checking the CAS, but I think it's good.
AND... my J4 ECU, as I understand, ISN'T supposed to have a screw for diagnosis? is this right?
Anyway, where does the timing control unit go??
