What are these for, and should I be concerned about them?

I was cleaning the car the other day and discovered these wires and line. Anybody know what they're for?

I just noticed how bad those pics are. I will be back later with more specific info on where everything is coming from, etc.

The bottom pic looks to be like one of the green lines that run all the way back to the firewall, and across to the passanger side, if it is, then that line is useless, don't even worry about it, you COULD remove it you'd like, but with the engine in it's sort of a pain so just leave it and ignore.

I dunno whats going on in the first pic though.

That sounds like the line I saw. As for the wires, I think they run out of the fuse box on the drivers side front. I'll try to get some better pics of those.

The top pic looks to be the plugs that run up the strut tower. One goes to the old KA coil IIRC, and the other attaches to the bypass valve that mounted on the strut tower.

The bottom pic is the hard line for the gas tank vent line. It had a soft hose that connected to the charcoal canister
