If that's at the front of the left rear wheel well then the part number is 78817-AM800, it's called a Protector-Rear Fillet LH. Dunno how it's attached, probably a double-stick pad from the look of it.

I guess they are also called "clear bra" even though they are not on the front of the car. I did find youtube vids to help remove them....not easy.
