What Are these? Are they on your car?

Its these small white square shaped stickers that are on the base of both sides of the car. I heard they are reflectors, but they don't look shiny like reflectors at all, and have never heard of such a thing? They seem like they are pointless:

I can take better closer pictures if needed but I figured you guys would know Instantly?

By the way, random question....WHAT WEBSITE do you guys use to upload pictures to for this forum? because all my tiny pic pictures just expired and are now gone, so all my posts lost their pictures..... -_-

these "stickers" are rock chip guards, apparently that part of the car is prone to getting chipped. a lot of us, including myself, have peeled them off. i haven't noticed any chips in that area of my 3 year old car.

i use photobucket.com, works great for uploading pictures.
