What are the Symptoms of a Messed Injector

Well i put some 370's in my NA KA24DE with -37 accross the s-afc and the car run good in the higher revs but idled pretty bad.. I was backfirinng like a mofo and i didnt wanna turn it off becuase i knew what would happen if i left it off for too long.. Well i turned it off for like 5 min and turned it back on and it sputtered to life not wanting to turn on.. Turned it off for an hour to take a shower come back and now it just cranks.. Great my engine is flooded with fuel. so I pulled the plugs unhooked fuel pump fuse and injector plugs and cranked it to get the fuel out.. Spark plugs from cylinder 1 and 4 (starting from front of engine to back) were fouled pitch black and had some fuel on em.. the spark plugs hadnt been changed in prob 10k miles since i forgot to do it with the tune up but damn.. Anyway, Im just trying to see if one of my injectors is stuck always on or something... The car actually PULLED harder with the 370's and in the upper revs it ran like a dream but anything under 1000 RPMS ran like *** and i think thats where it flooded the cylidners and fouled the plugs.. From the looks of it im gonna try again tomorrow with some New bosch plat +2 units i have laying around.. if it still idles bad im gonna put my stock 270's back on and get these injectors checked out... watcha guys think ? How could i tell if the injector is bad

If the plugs are that fouled as you claim, then the computers probably can't compensate very well in the low-rpm range. Do you have the NISSAN MOTORSPORTS Adj. Fuel Regulator? You should. I'd also recommend upgrading the ignition system to an HKS Twim Fire, MSD, MALLORY, or something with multiple and trailing sparks to get a clean burn. Also HIGHLY RECOMMEND the HyperGround System. You really do feel the difference, plus it will help the spark plugs ignite better and faster.
