What are the stiffest springs for an s14?

Im looking to do a high performance/low budget spring and shock upgrade but ive noticed that all the spring rates ive found are only about 3.8f / 3.4r or something like that. I am looking for springs that have ratings close to that of coilovers (7kg f / 5kg r)

Anybody know some good race quality springs?

You could try the Ground Control sleeves...they use Eibach RaceSprings.
