What are the specs on the KA24De Valve train

does anyone know the specs on the KA24DE valve train.for example valve spring internal and external diameter. I am wondering because I notices some valve springs for the SR20DET and the outside diameter is 1.169 and the inside diameter is 0.845 and it has varies capacities. I wanted to know if that is a part that could be swapped inbetween motors.
