What are the main differences between 07 m45 and the 08 m45?

I believe the NAV system for 2008 is HDD based, as opposed to the DVD based NAV systems of 2007, based on recent postings about this.

I don't see any info to suggest any engine change on the 45. The M35 went to the HR 3.5L which has dual intakes, but I don't see anything about the 4.5L being any different from 2006 - 2009.
Perhaps an M45 owner will chime in soon. All the interiors are exactly the same aside from the ice-blue illumination.

Seem to remember that the iPod interface was updated and the wood on the dashboard became a little darker.

Now that you mention the wood, you're right. The 09 has a darker shade and a different grain pattern. The buttons on the main center switches are slightly different too. I don't use an I-pod so I can't say.

Front bumper cover, possibly the rear also. Tail light LED's are smaller and the reverse light lens is not round.
