Do you mean the frame itself, the subframe, connection points? Think about it. And you should evaluate a car before you buy ANY parts for it, some will be good, some will not, something may be bad you didn't even think of. In short, ANYTHING on your car may be damaged or worn out by high mileage. The frame itself is not likely to be in any way damaged or worn, however in the event of a previous accident or the like this could be different. There are just too many variables involved, you should evaluate on a car by car basis.
