what are the differences between the LE and SE models?

I'm looking at a 97 240sx LE and would like to know more about it before I buy it. I want to make sure I'm getting the better model. I plan on doing a SR20DET swap in the future. its a manual trans., leather, and sunroof, CD. didn't really want the sunroof (something else that can break or leak LOL) but I can deal with it. And does the LE come with white face guages like the the SE model? THANK YOU for any feedback!!!

I thought LE's were only available in 98.

Anyway, the 98 LE is just an SE with leather. If there is a 97 LE, I assume its the same thing. I should have 5 lug 16" alloys and white faced gauges
